List of documents required for customs clearance of exported goods

  1. A copy of the contract registered with the customs authorities, ID of the contract;
  2. An invoice sent with the cargo, certified by the company’s stamp, which indicates the details of the seller, buyer, contract number, price characteristics of the goods, delivery conditions (all data must match the terms of the contract);
  3. Packing list with information on net/gross weight, number of pieces, packaging;
  4. Transport documents: bill of lading, CMR, TIR, railway bill, airway bill;
  5. Certificates, licenses, other permits;
  6. Documents confirming the origin of the goods (certificates, quality certificates, etc.);
  7. Payment order for payment of customs duties;
  8. Payment order on receipt of money to the seller’s account (100% prepayment);
  9. Information on the letterhead on the sale of foreign currency earnings (exemptions, benefits, etc.);
  1. Technical description of the product;
  2. A copy of the contract for the delivery of the goods, indicating the cost of services and the method of payment (if the goods are delivered under the terms of the FCA, FOB, EXW);
  3. Bank payment documents confirming the fact of payment for delivery services in accordance with the issued invoice;
  4. Other documents in accordance with the terms of the contract and delivery: a document on cargo insurance, a document on prepayment, etc.;
  5. A notarized set of constituent documents will be required for registration of a foreign economic activity participant with the customs authorities, if it is issued in the area of activity of this customs office for the first time. To conclude an agreement with a customs representative and register a declaration for goods, it is sufficient to provide copies of constituent documents.

List of documents required for customs clearance of goods under the “import procedure”

  1. Copy of the foreign trade contract, ID of the contract;
  2. An invoice, which must contain the contract number, terms of delivery, name of goods, country of origin, manufacturer of goods, details of the seller and buyer of the goods;
  3. Translation of the invoice, if the document is in a foreign language;
  4. Packing list with information on net/gross weight, number of pieces, packaging;
  5. Transport documents: bill of lading, CMR, TIR, railway bill, airway bill;
  6. Permits (certificate of conformity, IFR, phytosanitary certificate for imported goods, veterinary certificate, licenses, etc.);
  1. Original export declaration;
  2. Manufacturer’s price list;
  3. Technical documentation;
  4. Authorization for payment of customs duties;
  5. A copy of the contract for the delivery of the goods, indicating the cost of services and the method of payment (if the goods are delivered under the terms of the FCA, FOB, EXW). The cost of delivering the goods includes: the cost of transportation, the cost of loading, unloading, reloading and transshipment of goods, the cost of cargo insurance (insurance premium).
